Hello, and welcome! I’m thrilled you’ve taken the first step towards prioritizing your mental health and well-being. My name is Jason Deitz and I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor and a nationally certified counselor dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and families towards a path of healing, growth, and fulfillment.

My Approach

With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Drawing from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Person Cantered Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals.

Experience and Expertise

I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and received a Master Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I bring over 12 years of experience in the field of mental health and coaching, having worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions.

Early on

Having worked with adults, young adults, adolescents and families for over 10 years through my non-profit association, I will look to utilize my experiences and education to aid individuals and families in promoting growth and self-understanding with their mental health and assisting in managing day-to-day life challenges and life transitions.
